Our son is so happy to go to school every day! It is such a relief and comfort to know he is happy and settled in a wonderful environment with kind and caring staff members. Our son has come on leaps and bounds and it’s lovely to see the updates through the app of all the different activities he does every day. We can’t thank the staff enough for the brilliant first year he’s had.
This is the most AMAZING school I know (and I work in schools!). The teaching staff (and other staff) are so lovely to my children and really care about them. My children love going to school, my son has autism and he has soared with the help of SENCO and his lovely one to one, is like his best friend. She is superb as are so many others. We could not have asked for a better school. Thanks for giving my kids the best start to school life.
We are so proud of how much our son has come on and all that is with greatest thanks to the staff, if only he came to your wonderful school earlier. He has his spark back and the hunger to learn, we are so grateful for everything. Sending massive thanks and may your school continue to grow.

Our SENDCO team is made up of Miss Day, our SEND Strategic Lead and Miss Jackson our SEND Lead Practitioner. Our dedicated SEND team has a range of experience in supporting children with SEND.
Miss Day currently has a non-teaching role to provide high levels of support across the school and Miss Jackson is leading our SEND provision, whilst supporting Miss Day and our school outside of teaching hours.
If you would like to contact either of them, you can do so through WEDUC, email: sendteam@st-botolphsprimary.org, or calling the school: 01509 503387 and they will respond within 48 hours.
Additionally, you can visit the school; we operate an open-door policy at St Botolph’s and encourage parents / carers to visit us wherever possible.
The SEND Strategic Lead role involves working with the Headteacher Mrs Emma Pepper, Senior Leadership Team and the Governing Body to determine the development and implementation of the SEND policy.
Our SEND governors are David Whittington and Jane Evans.
